Thrive Beyond Preeclampsia Foundation (TPEF) is a passionate, community-based organisation in Tanzania dedicated to transforming lives affected by pre-eclampsia, one of the leading threats to maternal and child health.

Our Mission To raise awareness on pre-eclampsia through education and outreach, and advocate for improved services for women who are experiencing or survivors of pre-eclampsia.

Our Vision To improve maternal and child health outcomes related to pre-eclampsia by improving awareness of the condition and championing the fight against pre-eclampsia in Tanzania.

Founded by and for women, TPEF amplifies the voices of women currently experiencing pre-eclampsia and of survivors, builds community knowledge, and fights tirelessly to prevent avoidable deaths and suffering from this silent threat. Together, we educate, advocate, and empower—because no mother or baby should lose their future to pre-eclampsia
